InnoTecUK attends and presents a paper at NDT 2018

InnoTecUK attends the 57th Annual British Conference on Non-Destructive Testing (NDT2018in Nottingham, organised by the British Institute of Non-destructive Technology (BINDT), renowned for promoting “the advancement of the science and practice of non-destructive testing (NDT), condition monitoring (CM), diagnostic engineering and all other materials and quality testing disciplines”.

The conference which was co-located with the Fifteenth International Conference on Condition Monitoring and Machine Failure Prevention Technologies (CM 2018/MFPT 2018), allowed for InnoTecUK to customise the experience by visiting both events under one roof providing the added benefits of a bigger audience for networking and sharing ideas with industry players.

Whilst at NDT 2018, InnoTecUK presented a paper on the “Opportunities and challenges facing robotic NDT in the oil and gas industry”. It is anticipated that conference proceedings will be published in the form of extended abstracts and one copy will be provided for each delegate. Full written papers that are submitted may be refereed with a view to publication in Insight

It is through this that InnoTecUK’s contribution to the field of robotics will reach many across the globe. As a robotics enthusiast, InnoTecUK will continue to push the boundaries of technology for robotics and automated inspection.
